Isn’t this amazing? Just that morning I was yelling at the radio, all ticked off that Sanders was going to veto the measure. Then I got an email from our local GLBT organization that he approved it. While I wish he would have been on board from the beginning, I am very happy that his soul searching resulted in his about-face. Makes me happy to be a San Diegan (a very unusual thing for me politically here…)
