oh my! i’m wishing you all the best from Oregon. if you haven’t already, check out the Interstate Compact rules between the two states. The adoption will go by the rules of the state where the birthmother lives (which you already know), but both states have to review the paperwork and agree that all the laws were followed before you can travel home. It usually takes about 10 days 🙂
