The turkey was lovely, but according to Malka, Thanksgiving means one thing, and one thing only. The NEW love of her life, behold, the butternut squash:
I made it with a drizzle of olive oil, some cinnamon and nutmeg. That’s it. Then scoop out the flesh and “smoosh.” ALL food PALES in comparrison to the lovely, delectable butternut squash.
She did dabble in a bit of tofu this evening, AFTER the bowl of butternut squash happiness was VISIBALLY empty. And she liked it.

Mmm-mmm. I would love eating at your house! How could you go wrong with butternut squash and some tofu?
Natalie waves a squash-coated hand in agreement.
But wait! A touch of nutmeg, some balsamic vinegar and use butter instead of olive oil and O.M.G.
